A student driver is a young person who enjoys driving cars alongside their studies. They are true car enthusiasts. DriveMe works with student drivers aged 21 and older. They have extensive driving experience in various types of cars and have completed additional driving training through DriveMe.

DriveMe offers a no-claims protection when you hire a student driver. This protection costs €5 per assignment.

If, unexpectedly, damage occurs during the ride, DriveMe will compensate for the loss of no-claims (and thus any additional premium) for a period of 3 years, with a maximum of €1,600. The car must be fully comprehensive insured. If you have a liability (WA) or liability-plus (WA+) insurance, the driver operates at the client’s risk. This also applies when the driver must drive in winter conditions.

A student driver costs €27.50 per hour (excluding VAT) for the first assignment. For trips that start and end at the same location, one additional hour is automatically charged to cover travel time to the starting point. There is a minimum booking of 3 hours.

If the driver works longer than 8 hours, a meal allowance of €20 will be charged. The regular rate for a student driver is €32.50 per hour (excluding VAT).

With a student driver, you can work or relax uninterrupted while on the road. You arrive at your appointments refreshed, well-prepared, and without the stress of travel. You don’t need to worry about parking or charging the car—your driver takes care of that for you.

If you have other tasks that need to be done, discuss them with the driver before you head into your appointment. On the way back home, you can catch up on emails, leaving your entire evening free for other activities.

We always guarantee a driver, but the earlier you book, the higher the chance we can find a driver close to your location. For last-minute trips, the student driver may charge for travel time to reach you.

Then call 0850443733. You can cancel your ride up to 24 hours before the scheduled assignment free of charge. After that time, DriveMe is entitled to charge (part of) the ride fee. A minimum of 3 hours will always be charged.
