The executive drivers at DriveMe are certified at least at the D1 level by the CBR. D2 and even D3 executive drivers can also be booked through DriveMe. Executive drivers are true professionals on the road, trained to drive smoothly yet defensively. With this class of drivers, you are guaranteed optimal comfort, safety, and professionalism.
You can book a private driver in several ways:
An executive driver costs €42.50 per hour, excluding VAT. For trips that start and end at the same location, one additional hour is charged by default for travel time to the starting point. A minimum booking of 3 hours applies.
If the driver works more than 8 hours, a meal allowance of €20 will be charged.
With an executive driver, you can work or relax uninterrupted while on the road. You arrive at your appointments refreshed, well-prepared, and without travel stress. You don’t have to worry about parking or charging the car—your private driver takes care of that for you.
Do you have other tasks that need to be done? Discuss them with the driver before you step into your appointment. On the way back home, you can catch up on your emails, leaving your entire evening free for other activities.
DriveMe offers a no-claims protection when you hire a student driver. This protection costs €5 per assignment.
If, by chance, damage occurs during the ride, DriveMe will cover the loss of your no-claims bonus (and any resulting additional premium) for a period of 3 years, up to a maximum of €1,600. The car must be fully comprehensive (all-risk) insured.
If you have a third-party liability (WA) or WA-plus insurance, the driver operates at the client’s risk. This also applies when the driver needs to drive in winter conditions.
If you live in or near the four major cities, please take into account an average travel time of one hour for the chauffeur to reach you. If you live outside the Randstad area (for example, in Groningen), this travel time may be longer.
If the chauffeur travels to your location by car, the kilometers will be charged at a rate of €0.46 per kilometer.

The ride can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, DriveMe reserves the right to charge (part of) the ride fee. In such cases, a minimum of 3 hours will always be charged.
A private chauffeur at DriveMe has extensive experience — both in driving skills and in etiquette. The private chauffeur is typically an older, experienced driver who has turned their passion for driving into their profession, and excels at it. As a result, the chauffeur has excellent knowledge of the Dutch road network. However, the private chauffeur is not formally certified.
An executive chauffeur, on the other hand, is certified by the CBR. They have successfully completed at least the CCV D1 training. They are highly skilled drivers who always approach every journey with thorough preparation. They know routes — including alternative ones — by heart. Professionalism and driving comfort are mastered to the highest level.
At DriveMe, you can choose between D1 and D2 executive chauffeurs. Certified executive chauffeurs are typically employed by government institutions and top-level corporate clients.

Hij past zich makkelijk aan de planning aan en houdt rekening met jouw afspraken. Je stapt in je eigen auto of in een auto die voor je wordt geregeld. Tijdens de rit kun je je zich volledig richten op het werk. Dat maakt elke rit comfortabel en zorgeloos.
